Quite postive3 50%
Neutral - no opinion0 0%
Quite negative0 0%

- Very nice to see relativistic quantum mechanics and QFT, but sadly the course ended when things started to get more interesting. (Very positive)

How would you rate the difficulty of the course?

6 svarande

Very difficult0 0%
Quite difficult6 100%
Average0 0%
Easy0 0%
Very easy0 0%

- Of course, one doesnt take this course to get easy points. (Quite difficult)
- There is a lot of material one would like to understand on a deeper level, which would make the course very difficult, but the expected level is ok. (Quite difficult)

Has there been much overlap with other courses?

6 svarande

Far too much overlap0 0%
Some overlap, but it was useful to go over the topics again2 33%
Mostly unnecessary overlap0 0%
No overlap4 66%

- It takes some time to understand the topics so some overlap is useful (Some overlap, but it was useful to go over the topics again)

How were the homework problems?

- Challenging problems that wheren't impossible. (Difficult)
- Sometimes a bit unclear (for example on what facts one could assume) (Average)

How was the oral examination?

- Good with oral examination, could have been graded and combined with homework grades. (Average)

What is your opinion about the course literature?

- The book by Peskin, Schr?der was very good. The book by Capri was good on the first part but not so good av PS. (Good)
- Capri is a mess. I used Gross on the first part of the course until I could use Peskin. (Average)
- Peskin is nice but capri is a little to abstract. I found it difficult to "get in to" the course with capri. (Average)
- Capri could have been more detailed. Psekin&Schr?der was a bit hard in the beginning before I started to understand the notation. Then I found it useful. There were quite a lot of supplementary litterature that was hard to find. I used Gross and in my oppinion this was more help than Capri. (Average)
- Capri is poorly written, can be used as lecture notes but not for supplementary reading. P&S is not good at explaining everything but this seems to be a problem with many WFT books - it is OK since it covers a lot. (Average)
- Capri's is really poor, but P&S is great. (Poor)

How were the lectures?

Very good0 0%
Good3 60%
Average2 40%
Poor0 0%

- It was very good with references to each lecture. (Good)
- Some more emphasis on the physical and formal background and a little less explicit calculation could be better. More lectures would be nice too! (Good)
- The lectures followed Capri, and Capri isn't all that good. (Average)
- Quite close the the litterature. The lectures could have been more discussion and explained the topics from "physical" argumentation rather than technical calculation. These calculations were nevertheless found in the course litterature. (Average)
