- the last one was much too difficult and it was not solvable with the knowledge from the lectures and even with peskin&schroeder was it not getting much better (Very difficult)
- The first to sheets were average but the last one quite diffifult. (Difficult)
- The third one was the hardest. (Difficult)
- Not that difficult conceptually, but the computations often require a lot (most of the) work to be figured out. (Difficult)
- Yet good structure (Difficult)
- The first two pronlem sets were quiet good. But the third one was too hard. (Average)

- The atmosphere was nice. Most of the questions were fair and I expected something like that. Sometimes the teacher asked things again, which had been said before, so it was a bit tricky! (Difficult)
- No problems if you had done the homework and followed the course. (Average)

- There is still a few mistakes here and there in the book - misprints mostly. Even if the book is quite good, it very often lacks definition or explanation of notation (sub and super-scripts, indices...) (Very good)
- I mainly used the lecture notes and the book by Gross. (Good)

What is your opinion about the lecture notes?

- by summarizing the content of the other books, one could find the important content faster. Yet there were some direct copying from other books. (Very good)
- The first sections of each capter are well written and refelect the course content. However in the later sections of some chapters (chapter 6,8,10,14) some steps are missing. You should add more explainations here. (Good)
- too less steps inbetween calculations, no really connection to the physics behind that! (Poor)

- Tommy makes a difficult subject seem (somewhat) easy. (Very good)
- Some were really good, for example the lecture about scattering processes. I learned a lot, but some were really not understandable, because the motivation for some topics were missing and so it was really hard to get it together during the lecture... (Average)

How were the "hand-back sessions"?

Very good1 10%
Good5 50%
Average3 30%
Poor1 10%

- It was nice to get some feedback on the problems. (Good)
- Someone could get through the homeworks and explain it really. If some of the students were explaining the homeworks they skip often the really difficult... and I knew their way of getting through the homeworks from discussions from before.... so it was not helpful (Poor)

Please, enter any further comments on the course below.

- I think sometimes the point for the homeworks were given unfair... do you think it is better if one finds the solution in books and copies them instead of making them by yourself even if in the end are some number-factors are missing?!
- The second part of the course is more difficult, both mathematically and conceptually, and it might be useful to spend more time on this.

What do you like this way of making a course evaluation?

- The home assignments really require a personnal work on the course content and i find it very useful. (Very positive)
